Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
1. No Refunds
All course registrations are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances once payment has been made. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:
Non-participation:** If a participant does not attend the class or fails to actively engage in the course, no refund will be issued.
Failure to Pass:** If a participant does not demonstrate the required knowledge and skills to pass the course, no refund will be granted.
Late Arrival:** Participants arriving late will not receive a refund, as timely attendance is essential for course completion.
Cancellation or Rescheduling:** Requests to change or cancel registration received less than 72 hours (three days) prior to the class will not be accommodated. This is necessary to ensure that class sizes are met and that resources are allocated appropriately.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Participants may request to reschedule their class up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee at the Provider's discretion.
3. Transfer of Registration
Participants may transfer their registration to another candidate up to 72 hours before the class starts. The request must be made in writing, and the new participant must meet all prerequisites.
4. Additional Reasons for Denying Refunds
Refund requests may also be denied for the following reasons:
Failure to complete prerequisites:** Participants who do not complete required online coursework prior to attending the in-person class will not be eligible for a refund.
Behavioral issues:** Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during the course may result in removal without a refund.
Emergency or unforeseen circumstances:** While we sympathize with personal emergencies, they do not constitute grounds for a refund.
